The image is soft and glowing rather than sharp — gentle by nature, like sunlight through a window. For the best result, upload a bright, high-contrast, close-up photo of your pet's face. If you'd like us to check your photo before ordering, just email it to us.

How do I see the image?

Hold the pendant close and shine a light through the small lens — your phone torch works perfectly. The image appears on a nearby surface or to your eye.

How long does it take to arrive?

Each piece is handmade with your photo. Most ship within 5 business days and arrive in roughly 2 weeks. We'll email you tracking as soon as it's on the way.

What photo should I send?

A bright, clear, close-up of your pet's face works best. Higher contrast and good lighting make for a beautiful projection. Not sure? Email it to us first and we'll check.

What finishes are available?

Silver, rose gold, and gold. All are designed to be worn every day.

Can I return it?

Because each Keepory is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. But if your piece arrives damaged or the projection isn't right, we'll remake it or refund you under our 30-day promise.

Is my photo kept private?

Your photo is used only to create your keepsake — we share it with the artisan making your piece, and never use it for marketing or share it with anyone else.
