What photo should I send?

A clear, front-on shot of your pet's face in good light — no filters needed. If you're not sure it'll work, email it to us first and we'll check before you order.

How is the design applied — embroidery or print?

Full-colour print, not embroidery. Embroidery simplifies a photo into thread and a handful of colours; print keeps your pet's actual markings, colours, and expression.

Will the dog hat actually stay on?

Yes — it uses an adjustable chinstrap system built for real wear, not just photos. Walks, parks, and patios included.

What sizes are available?

The human cap is one adjustable size. The dog hat comes in S, M, and L. If you're unsure which size fits your dog, email us their breed and head measurement and we'll help you choose.

How long does it take to arrive?

Your set is printed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Please allow up to 6 weeks to arrive. Shipping is free on orders over $75 AUD.

Can I return it?

Because each set is personalised and printed to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. But if your set arrives damaged or the print isn't right, we'll remake it or refund you.

Is my photo kept private?

Your photo is used only to print your set — we share it with our print partner to produce your order, and never use it for marketing or share it with anyone else.
