How do I choose the right size?

Use your dog's weight from the sizing table on the product page. Between sizes? Size down — a snug fit gives a safer lift. And if it's wrong, our 30-day size exchange has you covered.

Can my dog wear it all day?

It's designed for assisted moments: standing up, stairs, toilet trips, walks, the car. For longer wear, loosen the straps when your dog lies down and give them breaks.

Can my dog go to the toilet while wearing it?

Yes. The support panel sits under the hips with full clearance underneath for both males and females.

Is it suitable after surgery?

Many owners use rear-lift support during recovery from knee (TPLO/ACL), hip or spinal surgery. Always follow your vet's rehab plan — ask them about assisted-lifting technique for your dog's specific condition.

Will the handle hurt my dog's joints?

The lift comes from the padded panel under the hindquarters, spreading weight broadly instead of concentrating it on a single strap line.

How do I clean it?

Machine wash cold, air dry.
