All orders ship with tracked delivery within Australia. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Current dispatch and delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and on each product page.

30-Day Size Exchange

Fit matters more than anything with a lifting harness — so if the size isn't right, we'll swap it.

• Within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a free size exchange.
• The harness must be unworn apart from fit-testing, with no damage or pet hair — try it on indoors first.
• We'll send the replacement size once the original is on its way back.

Returns & faults

If your harness arrives damaged or develops a fault in normal use, contact us with a photo and your order number — we'll replace it or refund you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
